The true
impact of a wish cannot be measured in dollars and
cents. Yet, the Make-A-Wish Foundation relies on the
generosity of individuals and corporate supporters to
provide the funding and in-kind resources necessary to
create an amazing wish experience for each and every
wish child.
Our pledge is to grant every eligible child's
wish. With your help, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® will
continue to reach more of the special children we serve
and grant their one favorite wish.
There are
many different ways you can contribute to the
Make-A-Wish Foundation®. Should you wish to make your
gift a memorial or honorary tribute, please indicate who
the gift is in memory or honor of, or what occasion the
gift is commemorating. You can donate via any of the
methods below:
Donate online using your credit card, through the
Make-A-Wish Foundation's secure server.

The New England Jewelers Association's Batteries for Children's Charities program was established
in the spring of 2003 and is unique to the jeweler profession. Used watch batteries retain a monetary
value because they contain a certain silver content, which caused them to be shipped to refineries by
jewelers for cash in the past. However, due to the change in regulations regarding hazardous materials
and shipping, the paperwork required to ship the batteries became a hassle, leaving the batteries to
collect in coffee cans, in boxes, or on jewelers' benches. In an effort to protect the environment,
the New England Jeweler's Association decided to take action and in doing so, raise money for to
contribute to the Jewelers for Children charity, which has generously helped grant our RI children's
wishes in the past. Take your old batteries to Doumato Jewelers locations at 19 Sanderson Road in
Greenville, RI or The Wakefield Mall in Wakefield, RI and support your local Make-A-Wish® chapter!
