"Just Keep Swimming!" was three-year old Miguel's thinking when the
Make-A-Wish Foundation® of
Rhode Island asked what his greatest
wish was. Miguel chose to have the
bedroom that he shares with his twin,
Michael, completely redone with an
"under the sea" theme from his favorite
Disney movie. On Tuesday, May 23,
Miguel's room will be unveiled, complete
with all new furniture from Rooms to
Grow, and Nemo accessories including a
new bed set, special night-light lamps,
and plush stuffed animals of his
favorite characters: Bruce the Shark,
Dory the forgetful fish, and Nemo
himself — complete with a lucky fin!
Nemo beanbag chairs will provide a
comfortable place for Miguel to sit when
he watches his favorite movie on his new
television and DVD player, or when his
mom reads his favorite books to him.
After a limo whisks him and his family
to dinner at the Texas Roadhouse around
5PM, Wishgranters will be putting the
finishing touches on Miguel's new room,
which will be unveiled upon the
families' return around 7PM. Miguel,
his family, and his Wishgranters are
happy to invite you over for some
special Nemo cake to celebrate his new
room during his Wish party on Tuesday
evening. Miguel's special wish has been
graciously funded by the Jewelers for
Children, an industry charity supported
